Chris and Catherine Lund are purpose-driven entrepreneurs combining deep experience in healthcare, property, and social impact to deliver meaningful housing solutions in Johannesburg.
Catherine is the Founder and Owner of OnQ Research CRO, with a strong background in pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and clinical trial management. A qualified Registered Nurse, she has built a respected research business which she sold in 2023. Her new journey continues to be with the mandate of job creation - hence the venture into building beautiful homes. Using her project management and compliance background in the research field, it lended itself to many commonalities. Together, her and Chris bring a blend of clinical expertise, business leadership, and strategic thinking to their ventures.
For over 25 years, Chris has been deeply committed to the City of Johannesburg, focusing on developing housing solutions for underserved communities and addressing homelessness. Driven by a passion for social justice, he has leveraged his skills in administration, accounting, HR, and compliance to pioneer transitional, communal, and social housing models. Together, Chris and Catherine believe that lasting prosperity requires not only innovative development, but also a shift toward more collaborative and inclusive communities—creating opportunities, restoring dignity, and working toward a future where homelessness is meaningfully reduced.
